Civil Litigation and Insolvency The firm’s primary aim is to help clients, mainly leading multinationals and financial institutions, to avoid litigation wherever possible. When litigation is unavoidable, the firm undertakes Litigation and provides Clients with Litigation Counselling including National and International Arbitrations.
